When Massena Electric was created in 1981 there were many who were concerned that our reliability, rates and customer service would not be as good as our predecessors. It was a valid concern. Today however, our reliability is among the best in the nation and our rates are among the best in the state. Customer Service is top priority at Massena Electric. Our friendly and courteous office staff are available by phone or in person from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. We look forward to serving our community for many years to come!
